There was an introductory meeting at the beginning of August before the training started. The "old" and "future" apprentices got to know each other over a cosy dinner in the Suranger restaurant, followed by a bowling game. Any initial nervousness swept away soon.
The first day of training started with a hearty snack followed by a tour of the company, clothing, safety briefing and initial information about the apprenticeship.
The field of apprenticeship is very important at Altmann GmbH. A team with the trainer Markus Krude, Markus Huenges, Maximilian Hanft, Johannes Schirmer and Konrad Seidinger look after the apprentices and provide advice and support for those young people.
Six apprentices are now employed in the company, including the new ones.
We wish our new apprentices a good start into their professional lives as well as success and a lot of fun with their training.
