We got off to a cosy start at 3 p.m. with coffee and cake. The children could have fun on the bouncy castle and in the craft tent, while the parents had the opportunity to chat in a relaxed atmosphere. We were once again able to recruit two dedicated kindergarten teachers from the local area to look after the children, who offered various autumnal crafts and face painting. In addition, the kindergarten from Albaching provided a selection of rides, which the little guests really enjoyed.
At around 5.00 pm, our team event began, which this year was dedicated to curling with the Albaching curlers. Eight teams with four participants each competed against each other. Experienced curlers Willi and Franz were on hand to help us with their knowledge and the right equipment. The employees were very imaginative when it came to naming the teams: Team Rüscherl, Steel Woman, Augustiner, Fleischkran, Barbaren, Die Prinzen, Gang Green, De Daumlackl and die Maulis were just some of the original names. It was great fun for professionals and beginners alike, and Team Gang Green with Alex, Thomas, Max and Roman were ultimately crowned the winners.

After the exciting competition, a delicious dinner from Gasthof Unertl in Haag awaited us. Once again this year, we were served crispy grilled chicken with potato and cucumber salad as well as roast beef with dumplings and red cabbage. For the children, chips and dumplings with gravy were on the menu.
Following the cosy dinner, the management gave a review of the past year and an outlook for 2025. We are particularly proud to honour five anniversaries this year: Sebastian and Heike with 10 years each, Thomas with 15 years, Sascha with 20 years and Raiko with 25 years of service.
Another reason to celebrate are our apprentices Max, Roman and Moritz, who passed their AP 1 with excellent results. Here too, we are proud of the achievements of our trainees and our team of trainers.
For 2025, we are optimistic about a promising order situation and are planning further automation in our machinery.
